Easy Resell has a strict non-refund policy. Since the website wholly sells digital products, once you make the payment the product directly reaches your mail. All the Goods are strictly non-returnable.
Patrons are advised to double check the cart before making the payment. There would be no negotiations regarding returns. Our customer executives are strictly here to assist the customers with their payments.
Any payment that has been gone through twice because of technical glitches will be reversed immediately. In case of any failure, in such cases, a complaint can be raised through email (care@easyresell.com) and the same will be dealt within 15 days.
Exchanges:
No exchanges will be entertained with any of our products listed on our website.
Gifts:
Sometimes, the website can list free products as a part of the promotions. Please note that the free products available at one point of time might not be available at other time. The free products cannot be claimed for any exchange or refund.
